Eric Vincent Oliver

Narrative: Eric Vincent Oliver was born on January 8, 1958, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He attended Oberlin College and received a B.A. in Government and Music, in 1980, and attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he received in J.D. in 1983.

Mr. Oliver went on to serve as a Law Clerk for Sturns and Associates, of Fort Worth, Texas, from 1983 to 1983. After that, he was hired as a Field Attorney for the National Labor Relations Board, Region 16, and served through 1987. With 26 years of experience as a practicing attorney, he currently investigates and litigates unfair practices, acts as a Hearing Officer and drafts decisions with respect to representation cases.

Mr. Oliver is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association, Fort Worth Texas chapter. He serves as a consultant for the Heritage Music Foundation's Executive Board of Directors. As a career accomplishment, Mr. Oliver is proud to have served as President Elect and President of the Federal Bar Association, Fort Worth, Texas chapter. He currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife, Adrienne, and their three children, where he enjoys family activities, fishing, music and reading.
