Work History: Previously, Ms. Baubliltz was the Assistant Superintendent and Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Director of Entry Year and New Teacher Training Program at Granville Exempted Village Schools. She also served as the Supervisor/Coordinator of Gifted and Special Populations Urban Schools for the Springfield City Schools in Springfield, Ohio. Prior to holding that position, she was the Supervisor/Coordinator of 7-County Consortium of gifted and accelerated programming, parent involvement, Entry Year Programming and Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction for Crawford County, Bucyrus, Ohio for ten years. Ms. Baublitz served as Principal of the K-5 Building, Supervisor K-6 Building and Special Needs and as a 4th grade teacher. She also taught remedial reading and the Prescriptive Reading Program for low and high ability 6-8 students at Arcadia Local, Arcadia, Ohio. Ms. Baublitz first taught 6-8 Reading and Language Arts for the Bucyrus City Schools and was a substitute teacher there. Prior to teaching, she worked in the legal field as a Business Legal Secretary, Court Recorder and Corporate Secretary at Standard Oil in Cleveland, Ohio.
