Work History: | Dr. Duffey is the former Chairman of the National Endowment for the Humanities, and a former Assistant Secretary of State for education and cultural affairs. He served as the Director of the U.S. Information Agency and also served as the President of American University. Dr. Duffey was Chancellor of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and served as President of the University of Massachusetts. He has served as a Professor at a number of universities. |
