Work History: Mr. Ligon currently manages a site engineering design team for Day & Zimmerman at a diversified chemical manufacturing facility in the Houston, Texas area. He previously held a variety of technical and leadership positions with DuPont and INVISTA at numerous Golf Coast locations including: Engineer/Area Engineer/Production Supervisor from1975 to 1983, Area Supervisor, 1983 to 1984, Hydrcarbons Technical Group Leader, 1984 to 1986, Senior Engineer/Site Transportation Safety Leader, 1986 to 1987, Senior Engineer/HMD Technology Steward 1987 to 1992, Project Engineer and Alliance Operations Leader, 1992 to 1999, Project Engineer/Global Capital Project Coordinator, 1999 to 2002, and Project Manager/Corporate Small Projects Work Process Owner from 2002 to 2008.

Career Accomplishments: As a production supervisor, Mr. Ligon led the successful effort to follow construction and start up a new adiponitrile plant for DuPont at Victoria, Texas. As a senior engineer/technology Steward, he led an integrated team effort to install and start up a dedicated specialty products refining facility for DuPont at Victoria, Texas. As the alliance operations leader, he successfully led efforts to set up and manage teams in two contractor offices to implement capital projects at all DuPont Gulf Coast sites while with DuPont Engineering in Houston. As the business process owner, Mr. Ligon led the successful development and implementation of the SAP Project System module during the SAP implementation project for DuPont Textiles & Interiors. As the Invista corporate Work Process Owner for a new Small Projects Work Process, he managed the implementation of this work process for 33 sites globally. He established and led a global network with the small project leaders at each site to share learnings and drive continuous improvement. This effort resulted in reducing small project implementation costs globally by 10%. As the project manager with Invista in Houston, Mr. Ligon led the successful implementation and startup of a major adiponitrile expansion project for Invista at Victoria, TX. This multi-million dollar project was completed within budget and on schedule.
