Ms. Johnson has held the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer position at Sloan Valve Company headquartered in Franklin Park, Illinois since April, 2009. Prior to working with Sloan, she served in a variety of positions with Block and Company from 2003 to 2009, including Vice President and Chief Finance Officer from 2003 to 2006, Senior Operating Officer in Charge, V.P. and CFO from 2006 to 2007, and has served as the Executive Vice President and CFO from 2007 to March 2009. Since 2007, Ms. Johnson has also served on the Board of Directors, audit committee and nominating committees at MYR Group, Inc., a $600 million publicly held electrical construction company, where she was a Vice President and Controller from 1992 to 1999. From 1999 to 2003 Ms. Johnson served as Vice President of Operations Finance with Encompass Services Corporation. She was a Senior Audit Manager with Deloitte & Touche from 1981 to 1992. |

While at Block and Company, Inc., during her tenure as Senior Operating Officer in Charge, Ms. Johnson lead the successful execution of 12 key initiatives which contributed to a 26% increase in profits including the successful implementation of an extensive cost reduction program. She joined the Board of Directors of MYR Group, Inc and successfully took the company public and completed the Sarbane Oxley Compliance requirements within the first two years. |
