Work History: Dr. Cunning formerly served as Dean of Education Services at Kirkwood Community College, Associate Dean of Educational Services at Williamsport Area Community College, Vice President for Instructional Services at Central Arizona College and National Dean of the College of Undergraduate Studies at The Union Institute.
Published Works: Dr. Cunning has presented at various workshops and meetings and has written several articles.
Career Accomplishments: Dr. Cunning feels that as Dean of Educational Services at Kirkwood Community College in Iowa, where he ran the alcohol/drug treatment center, allowed him the ability to remove their deficit and end the year with a surplus of $5,000 as well as running the program for seven years. He built a new college in the middle of a corn field and designed a new physical education building, serving as on-site superintendent during construction. Dr. Cunning also believes that his varied work and professional experiences distinguishes him from the rest of his peers.
