Work History: Mr. Radford worked with L.H. Sawyer Paving from 1969 to 1983 starting as a Labor and Lute Man and finishing as an Asphalt and Stone Foreman. He then ran a small excavation company from 1983 to 1984. From April 1984 to September of 2005 Mr. Radford worked in a variety of positions with APAC Virginia, finishing his career as an Asphalt Operations Manager. He has owned the current company since 2005.
