Work History: Prior to her current role, Ms. Ramanan served as a Senior Director - Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion for a Spanish Power Major Iberdrola USA. She previously worked for High Potential Development in Lafarge from a global perspective since 2010. From 2005 to 2007 she was a Manager with Organizational Development, Lafarge Canada Inc. also serving as a Manager of Learning and Development with Lafarge from April through December of 2003. From 1999 to 2003, Ms. Ramanan served as a Principal Consultant and Head of training and Organizational Development with Mafoi Management Consultants. Prior to that she was a Senior Consultant of Marketing and Econometric Services with METRIC from 1998 to 1999 concurrently serving as a Consultant with 5M Consultants. From 1991 to 1997 Ms. Ramanan was a Consultant-HRD with Peninsula Polymers. She originally served as an Chief of Operations with Ejji Group of Companies from 1981 to 1985.

Career Accomplishments: Ms. Ramanan in housed the talent acquisition function and developed a 3 year strategic diversity and inclusion for Iberdrola to meet its sustainability in the US. She designed and developed a global approach to identify and assess high potential talent in order to build the talent pipeline for the top 25 and top 150 leadership positions in Lafarge. She also designed and implemented an accelerated development program as a result of identifying key talent gap in the North American operations for highly technical talent in the manufacturing function, an award winning project which had implications across the globe for Lafarge. Ms. Ramanan established a new Technical Project Division which saved over $1.2 billion for Lafarge North American green and brown field projects. She also designed and implemented a scientific recruitment process and methodology that involved a complex change management approach in a leading manufacturing major that was transitioning from a privately owned organization to a professionally managed corporation.
