Ms. Magness has over 23 years experience as a School Counselor. She is a Senior Faculty Member at William Glasser Institute which is an international mental health institute providing extensive training in Choice Theory Psychology and Reality Therapy. She trains counselors, therapists and social workers who are seeking more effective ways of helping their clients. Ms. Magness trains globally. She has been a Board Member with the William Glasser Institute for 7 years and Chair of the Board for 2 years. She is affiliated with M.S.C.A. and W.G.I. Ms. Magness was born on September 24, 1952 and obtained a M.S. in School Counseling from Bemidji University of Minnesota in 1980. She also has software certifications.
