Ms. Ford's first career pursuit was in the field of Education. Upon graduating from college, she taught in the private and public system. She then switched careers to the Marine Insurance field, where within six months, she was promoted to Assistant Underwriter in the Marine Department of Home Insurance Company. At AIMA, she was the first female Reinsurance Treaty Underwriter to be included in the management meetings with the President of AIMA. At Lancer Management Company, she worked directly with the president of the Company, and the presidents of her clients. |
