Mr. Wippel designed and has shot seven proprietary surveys since 1994 with Burlington Resources and Legend Petroleum. He interpreted and generated prospects from over 1000 square miles of 3-D data since 1994 and has been successful on 21 out of 25 wells and added over 100 BCF of reserves. Mr. Wippel evaluated and shot 3-D on Rincon Field in Starr County, Texas where 15 wells have been drilled in the field. An additional 3 MMBA of reserves have been recovered from the field (with Samedan Oil & Gas). He generated and sold the Grand Isle Block 17 Prospect to Questar Petroleum and drilled a discovery well in 1997, where drilling has since continued. Mr. Wippel generated and sold to Cox and Perkins, Borosa Prospect, Duval County, Texas, where he drilled a discovery well in 1988 and a development well in 1989. Mr. Wippel supervised a staff of fourteen people including four geologists and four geophysicists. He was responsible for generating and developing prospects in Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Louisiana and Arkansas and has leased over 200,000 acres on 32 prospects. |
