Mr. Weinberg was a member of the Board of Visitors of Virginia Commonwealth University from 1992 to 2001 and served as its Rector from 1997 to 1999. He was Vice Chairman of the Medical College of Virginia Hospitals authority board until 2001. As a member of both boards, Mr. Weinberg has been intimately involved in such achievements as strategic planning for the University and the VCU Health System, the establishment of the Virginia Biotechnology Research Park and the establishment of VCU’s School of Engineering. He is currently a member of the VCU real estate foundation board and is Chairman of the VCU honors campaign committee. |

Mr. Weinberg's personal and firm culture has been built around providing quality services on a timely basis at reasonable charges for the work performed while training associates to perfect their legal skills and contributing to the administration of the firm. His most outstanding achievement has been seeing the law firm grow from two to 95 attorneys as well as achieving recognition as the premier real estate law firm in Virginia. Mr. Weinberg served in the U.S. Army, Counter Intelligence Corps and was honorably discharged with the rank of Captain. |
