Work History: Mr. Tsang has been employed with TMAD TAYLOR & GAINES since 1991, where he serves as Structural Vice President and Principal. As the lead structural engineer and manager, he has been responsible for many projects such as the new facility for both the Cole Canyon Elementary School and the Performing Arts High School, in addition to several replacements, remodels and upgrades at Riverside County, Arrowhead, Kaiser Baldwin Park and Kaiser Riverside Medical Centers, among other hospitals. In addition, Mr. Tsang worked on projects at several police and fire stations and designed site structures for hundreds of other projects.
