From 1974 to 1976, Mr. Ballweg worked for Levita Furniture Co. on the Sales and Marketing Team, then at ELAS as District Sales Manager from 1976 to1979. He then worked at SouthLand Life, also as District Manager, from 1979 to 1980. From there, Mr. Ballweg became President and Chief Executive Officer at Employer Employee Benefit Services from 1980 to 1984. He then worked at National Multiple Employers Fund from 1984 to 1986, as a National Trustee of ERISA. From 1986 to 1991, he was the Senior Vice President of Finance at New Petroleum Corporation. From 1991 to 1995, he became President and Chief Executive Officer at International Resorts, Inc. and held the same positions at Executive Business Consulting Services from 1995 to 1999 and at ALPS Marketing, Inc. from 1999 to 2001. He has been with Sun Flare Executive Consulting Group, Inc. since 2001 and is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Consultant. He has also served as Executive Director of the Phoenix Trust from 2007 to the present. |
