Career Accomplishments: Mr. Hoerner led the research, development and introduction of the first nationally administered flexible compensation program to Procter & Gamble salaried employees in 1982, coincident with the change in Federal law permitting tax deferred individual retirement accounts (IRA's). He also led the development and implementation of the first U.S. group long term care insurance in 1988.
