Ms. Surbwattanagul has over 30 years of experience in healthcare. She served as a Staff Nurse at Samitivej Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand, a prestigious private hospital, and later, was promoted to a House Supervisor. After moving to the United States, she obtained her RN degree from the California Board of Registered Nursing in 1992 and was hired as a Staff Nurse at an outpatient dialysis center. In 1995, Ms. Surbwattanagul was promoted to Nurse Manager and is still serving in that capacity. Presently, she is Center Director at Renal Advantage, Inc., where she is responsible for managing and overseeing the dialysis operations of three dialysis centers providing dialysis services for over 400 patients. She is also responsible for clinical outcomes, financial management, staffing, compliance issues, human resources, risk management and safety.
