| Work History: |
As an IInternational Consultant Engineer, Mr. Von Eschen lived or traveled in most of the United States and in 33 foreign countries, working in construction management, field engineering, startup engineering, technical investigation and auditing. Most of the projects he worked on were in fossil fuel, diesel, combined-cycle, hydro-electric and nuclear electrical power-generating facilities as well as industrial projects. Currently, he works in management at the Pantex Plant which is managed and operated by B&W Pantex for the U.S. Department of Energy and National Nuclear Security Administration. Mr. Von Eschen was assigned as Resident Site Manager for construction management and startup of the West Phoenix Combined Cycle Units 1, 2 and 3, plus the replacement of the Logo Oil Refinery electrical distribution system and Resident Project Manager for the development of the Pantex Performance-Based Assessment Program. During the last 10 years, he has worked as a Performance-Based Assessment Program Engineer, an Internal Program Auditor, Manager of Maintenance Scheduling, Condition Assessment Survey Inspections, Predictive Maintenance and Facility Betterment, a Facility Maintenance Deficiency Inspector, Predictive Maintenance Specialist, Hoisting & Rigging Program Administrator and a Project Reliability Engineer. |
