Work History: Dr. Williams has forty years of extensive, ongoing teaching and administrative experience in both public schools and university settings, spanning grade levels from third to undergraduate studies. He has broad and continuous experiences as an Educational Consultant, Curriculum Developer, Proposal Writer, Educational Researcher and an Evaluator of Higher Education and Corporate Programs. He is President of Williams' Educational Consulting, an Instructional Technology Evaluator, Personnel Specialist and Education Manager at IBM Corporation as well as a HUD Evaluator with Systems Discipline Incorporated. His consultancy services includes many well known Fortune 500 companies including IBM, McGraw Hill, Citi Bank, Pfizer and Skadden Arps. Primary courses that Dr. Williams taught in public schools and colleges included Mathematics, ESL and GED. He also taught management courses in the corporate sector. In addition, he has sundry years of experience as a Co-op Advisor, Internship Developer, Professional Staff Developer/Teacher and an Academic Advisor.

Published Works: Dr. Williams has co-authored a variety of articles in professional journals such as, "Experiential Education: An Analysis, School-to-Work Theory and Programs" and "Career Education for Students with Learning Disabilities". He has participated in professional workshops, seminars and panel discussions on CO-OP and Career Education for high school and college students as it relates to preparing them for the world of professional work.
Career Accomplishments: Dr. Williams has developed, implemented and evaluated Experiential Education Programs (Co-op education) in both public schools and colleges. He has recruited and trained corporate personnel as well as developed corporate training instructional methodologies and general pedagogy protocols in business settings. Dr. Williams provides corporate training services for seminars in Sensitivity Training, Organizational Development and Situational Leadership sessions designed to increase senior management knowledge and understanding of issues related to cultural, racial, gender and ethnic norms in the 21st Century workplace environment.
