He also has 35 years of experience working at General Motors at the Pontiac Motor Division, Pontiac, Michigan, with top level plant management positions in maintenance, engineering and plant operations. In addition, Mr. Luther has 30 years of experience as an Engineering Consultant to the Cast Metals Industry.

Career Accomplishments: Mr. Luther feels that achieving top management levels at GMC and receiving the Gold Medal Award from AFS for having the Engineering Division Distinguished Service Award named the "Norris B. Luther Distinguished Service Award" was a very special honor indeed and one of the highlights of his career. He also believes that establishing his own business was one of his greatest accomplishments.
