Work History: Mr. Lindsay was Assistant State Attorney from 1969 through 1973. He joined his father's firm in 1967.
Honors & Awards: Mr. Lindsay was honored by his profession, being named a "Roscoe Pound Fellow" as well as being selected as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates where he served as Past President of the Northwest Florida Chapter. In 2006, he was named a Florida Super Lawyer, a distinction limited to 5% of Florida lawyers. He was also certified as a member of the "Million Dollar Advocates Forum" whose membership is limited to trial lawyers who have achieved a verdict or settlement of $1 million or more.
Career Accomplishments: Mr. Lindsay served as Lead Counsel in a suit filed against a local chemical company which resulted in the largest settlement ever paid in the history of Santa Rosa County. In addition, he was recently selected as a Fellow in the American Academy of Trial Counsel which is limited to only 2,500 attorneys in the United States.
