She was also a Preservation Award Winner for Long-Term Care of the Historic Dowling Apartments from the Madison Trust for Historic Preservation in 2003 and is listed in the National Register's Who's Who of Executives and Professionals. Ms. Wetternach is also listed as one of the Top 2000 Professional Women in the United States. |

She is proud of the fact that The Dowling Apartment Building is listed with the State and National Historical Society (it is over 80 years old). Ms. Wetternach would like it noted that she danced at the Moulin Rouge in Paris, France. |
