Mr. McKenna served as a Judge with the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals, Temporary Division in 1993. He is an Adjunct Settlement Conference Judge with the U.S. District Court and is a Certified Mediator through the Harvard University Law School Program on Negotiation and is a former Chairman of the Oklahoma Bar Association, (Young Lawyers Division) Judicial Administration Committee. Mr. McKenna serves as a Director at the University of Tulsa College of Law Alumni Association and has served as a Coach with the University of Tulsa College of Law National Health Law Moot Court Competition Team. They won the National Championships in 2003 and 2005 and took second Place in 2004 and 2006. |
