Work History: Ms. Mello joined CCR in 2007 after serving as Director of State and Local Tax Services for nine years with a local accounting firm. She has over 19 years of experience in state and local taxes. She also served for nine years as corporate senior tax accountant in the state and local tax administration (SALT) for a fortune 500 company. Over the past 10 years, she has developed a SALT program which encompasses an in-depth assessment process, a proven cost savings implementation of voluntary disclosure in state jurisdictions and effective, ongoing compliance programming.
