Work History: Dr. Jackson served as the Clinical Pharmacy Direcor at Care Choices HMO in Farmington Hills, Michigan and then became the Michigan Account Manager for First Health Corporation from 2001-2004. After that, Dr. Jackson worked as the Director of Pharmacy at Health Plan of Michigan from 2004-2008. She is currently employed by FirstCare Health Plans in Austin, Texas, where she serves as Director of Pharmacy Management. Her responsibilities there include managing budgets and value performance related to the pharmacy benefit for commercial and HMO and PPO members. She also provides administrative oversight for contracts including pharmacy benefits managers, providers, infusion drug therapy vendors, drug information and drug manufacturers, to maximize cost effective procurement, delivery and payment of medication products and services.
