| Work History: |
Mr. Sinclair worked as a Computer Analyst for the University of California during college. He obtained his California Real Estate Salesman's license in 1970. From 1972-1975, Mr. Sinclair worked for the Department of Benefit Payments of California as an Administrative Law Judge. In 1976, he became a Lecturer on Real Estate Law and an Instructor at Modesto Junior College. He has been a Real Estate Developer for the last 33 years. During that time, he was also President of SE Enterprises, Inc., which was a licensed General Building Contractor. They built more than 100 residential units as well as office buildings and small shopping centers. For the last nine years, Mr. Sinclair acted as a part-time Pro-tem Judge of the Small Claims Court in the Superior Court of California, County of Stanislaus. Since 1976, Mr. Sinclair has also been in private practice, specializing as a litigation and transactional attorney with an emphasis on real estate, taxation, corporate, estate and business law. |
