Mr. Diggs completed signal training early in his career and has continued ongoing training in new equipment and standards. He is affluent with federal regulations, the installation and maintenance of highway crossings at grade, train signals, defect detectors, switches, controllers and any electrical, electronic equipment affiliated with such equipment. He is also efficient at print reading of signal plans, blueprints and electrical/electronic diagrams.
