She served as the Confidential Assistant to the Chancellor and CEO of the Community Colleges of Spokane from 2001 to 2006 and as the Principal Assistant/Federal Government Relations of Washington State University from 1996 to 2001. During her career, Ms. Franklin provided administrative support for over a decade and has acted as a liaison with members of Congress, congressional staff, state and federal agencies, the Administration, deans, faculty, students and the community. |
