In 1996, Mr. Dougherty designed and lead the implementation of pioneering an advanced fuel cell demonstration project at Brookhaven National Lab in Long Island, New York. From 1999 to 2008 he lead a national wind deployment program across 34 states. In 2004, Mr. Dougherty volunteered with Operation Iraqi Freedom, stationed in Baghdad, Iraq. Since 2008 he has continued to grow the clean energy practice group at SMI Inc. |
