Mr. Dik has almost 20 years legal experience. He has and continues to work in areas of appellate law, bad faith, insurance coverage, employment law, including sexual harassment, discrimination of all types as well as wrongful termination. In addition, Mr. Dik handles class actions, business disputes and dissolutions, unfair competition/business practices, trade secrets, breach of contract, fraud, general and commercial liability encompassing everything from property rights, premises liability to homeowners and auto negligence. His practice also encompasses mechanics liens, medical and legal malpractice, violations of public policy and wrongful death. Mr. Dik represents both public and private clients in state and federal courts in the industries of construction, real estate, petroleum, general business, healthcare including hospitals, physicians, and physician groups, ancillary service providers and plan providers, insurance, manufacturers of all types including welding and crane equipment, guns and others products. |
