Work History: Mrs. Barclay is President Emeritus and Founder of the Foundation and a full time volunteer. Previously, she was a Transition Specialist and Parent Specialist for the South East Regional Resource Center, the Parent Support Specialist for the Alabama Department of Education's System Change Transition Grant for three years and the Director of Partners in Policy Making of Alabama. Mrs. Barclay was a professional volunteer for 24 years and a 5th grade teacher in the Mountain Brook, Alabama school system from 1970 to 1971. She is the mother of a child with disAbilities.
