Mr. Wagner's career has been varied, beginning in the U.S. Air Force as a Heating System Specialist in 1970. In 1978, he attended Hallmark Aerotec to obtain an Airframe & Power Plant license to work on aircraft. He worked at St. Luke's Hospital in 1980 as a maintenance call man. From 1981-2003, he worked at Baptist Medical Center in San Antonio as a boiler plant operator and patient room call man. Then, in 2005, Mr. Wagner began working as the secretary, rocketry advisor and National Rocketry Association representative to the Krueger School of Applied Technologies program. In 2010, he started working as a teaching assistant and mentor to the Team American Challenge with the National Rocketry Association and, to date, is still in this position. |

Mr. Wagner has been part of a team which had entered the Team America Rocket Challenge Competition in Washington D.C. for the past five years. They placed high enough to attend the Student Launch Initiative in Huntsville, Alabama, which is affiliated with NASA. |
