Career Accomplishments: | Mrs. Rechy assists with the design of digital resources for the instruction and support of ELL, face to face and virtual instruction. She collaborates with colleagues to determine the adequate flow of curriculum and differentiates the curriculum to meet the needs of students at a variety of academic levels including students with special needs. Mrs. Rechy works with and advocates for students with special needs to receive services and support according to their needs. She also teaches additional programs that support at-risk students. Additionally, she mentors and trains new teachers. She has established lifelong relationships with students and families in the local school community. |
